Sanmina Corporation provides integrated manufacturing solutions, including design, engineering, production, logistics, repair and after-market services, to original equipment manufacturers primarily in the industrial, medical, defense and aerospace, automotive, communications networks and cloud infrastructure sectors. The company manufactures complex optical and RF transceivers, modulators and subsystems; printed circuit boards, backplanes and complex PCB assemblies including line cards and blades; enclosures, frames and cable systems; RF products such as base station radios and filters; injection-molded plastics; and complete systems and sub-assemblies including broadband routers, switches, wireless base stations, rack-scale AI infrastructure and server solutions. Sanmina operates globally across 21 countries on four continents with approximately 35,000 employees. Founded in Silicon Valley in 1980 and headquartered in San Jose, California, the company is a Fortune 500 firm publicly traded on Nasdaq under the ticker SANM. In 2025, Sanmina completed its $3 billion acquisition of ZT Systems' data center infrastructure manufacturing business from AMD, establishing a strategic partnership as preferred new product introduction manufacturer for AMD's cloud rack and cluster-scale AI solutions and expected to add $5-6 billion in annual revenue; secured $1.4 billion in new debt facilities including a $600 million delayed draw term loan and $800 million incremental term loan to fund the transaction and related growth; and announced expansion of its Ireland manufacturing site creating up to 150 jobs.
