Business
Solution Financial Inc. provides luxury and ultra-luxury asset leasing solutions, with a primary focus on sourcing and leasing luxury and exotic vehicles, yachts and other high-value assets through a network of select automotive and marine dealerships. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company serves clients across Canada, with a particular presence in Western Canada and an expanding dealership base in Ontario, and targets customers such as new immigrants, business owners and international students seeking more flexible leasing alternatives than traditional bank financing. The company also offers corporate leasing and sale-leaseback financing under its Equity Unlock program, along with white-glove support for insurance, maintenance, upgrades and resale, and it has been broadening its near-prime local leasing program to diversify its customer base. Recent developments include the rollout of new FINTRAC procedures to support incoming regulatory requirements, the addition of a sales executive to expand corporate leasing, continued growth in dealership relationships, and a renewed normal course issuer bid approved in February 2026 to repurchase up to 5% of its outstanding shares. Solution reported a 17% increase in its total leasing portfolio to $32.7 million for fiscal 2025, while its most recent quarterly results showed continued revenue growth and stable portfolio performance.
