- Asian Micro Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company that provides cleanroom packaging and recycling solutions, natural gas vehicle (NGV) and compressed natural gas (CNG) infrastructure services, and property development and leasing. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Singapore, the company operates across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines through key operating subsidiaries including ACI Industries Pte Ltd, AM NGV (S) Pte Ltd, Asian Micro Sdn Bhd, and Leverage Income Sdn Bhd.
The company conducts its operations across three primary business segments: Manufacturing and Trading, Natural Gas Vehicle Related Business, and Property Business. In its Manufacturing and Trading segment, the group manufactures, trades, and distributes cleanroom-grade plastic packaging products, including anti-static polyethylene (PE) bags, barrier packaging films, precision packaging trays, and clean packaging materials; and provides precision cleaning, washing, and recycling services for packaging trays, media and disk cassettes, pallets, and foam boxes used primarily by multinational corporations in the hard disk drive (HDD), semiconductor, and electronics manufacturing industries. In its Natural Gas Vehicle Related Business segment, the company supplies Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and provides specialized CNG skids for the storage and transportation of gas to industrial users for heating, gas cutting, and power generation; trades NGV-related products and hardware, including bi-fuel and Dual Diesel Fuel (DDF) conversion kits, natural gas cylinders, valves, and engines; and operates conversion centers delivering maintenance, testing, and technical servicing for NGV equipment. In its Property Business segment, the group engages in the development, investment holding, management, and leasing of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate assets.
In recent corporate developments, Asian Micro Holdings Limited executed a debt capitalisation exercise, issuing new ordinary conversion shares to discharge existing debt obligations alongside the allotment of employee bonus shares to reinforce corporate balance sheet stability. Operationally, the company has restructured its energy business following the expiration and termination of legacy CNG supply agreements and NGV supply contracts, shifting operational focus toward core high-margin cleanroom packaging solutions while optimizing its property portfolio through the selective disposal of commercial shop office assets in Malaysia to support long-term liquidity.
