Jason Marine Group Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company and marine electronics systems integrator that provides comprehensive solutions to the global marine and offshore oil and gas industries. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Singapore, the company operates primarily through three core business segments: Sale of Goods, Rendering of Services, and Airtime Revenue. Jason Marine specializes in the design, engineering, supply, integration, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of marine communication, navigation, and automation systems. Its comprehensive product and service portfolio includes navigation equipment, such as X-band and S-band radar systems, electronic chart display and information systems (ECDIS), gyrocompasses, autopilots, voyage data recorders (VDR and S-VDR), differential global positioning systems (DGPS), speed logs, echo sounders, and automatic identification systems (AIS); communication solutions, including global maritime distress and safety systems (GMDSS), satellite communications (VSAT, Inmarsat, and Iridium terminals), marine VHF/UHF transceivers, public address and general alarm (PA/GA) systems, sound powered telephones, talkback systems, and maritime broadband networks; and automation and control solutions, comprising integrated bridge systems (IBS), engine room alarm and monitoring systems (AMS), dynamic positioning sensor integrations, and power management monitoring systems. In addition, the company provides turnkey project management; regulatory annual radio and VDR surveys on behalf of major international classification societies; 24/7 global technical support; onboard maintenance and retrofitting; and customized satellite airtime connectivity packages for voice, data, and crew welfare. Jason Marine serves shipowners, ship managers, commercial shipyards, and offshore vessel operators across key maritime hubs in the Asia-Pacific region, Greater China, and Europe through key operating subsidiaries including Jason Electronics (Pte) Ltd and Jason Marine Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In recent developments, the group has expanded its strategic focus on maritime digitalization, decarbonization, and smart vessel technologies by introducing IoT-enabled remote vessel monitoring solutions, energy-efficiency tracking systems, and maritime operational technology (OT) cybersecurity services. Jason Marine has also deepened strategic distribution partnerships with tier-one satellite network operators and marine electronics manufacturers to deliver next-generation low-Earth-orbit (LEO) and geostationary (GEO) hybrid connectivity solutions, while extending its engineering service capabilities into the offshore wind farm support vessel market.
