Business
Digilife Technologies Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company primarily engaged in telecommunications services and technology solutions across Southeast Asia and South Asia. The company operates through its Telecom segment, which distributes telecommunication operator products including mobile prepaid cards from providers such as PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), PT XL Axiata, and PT Indosat in Indonesia via a network of approximately 30,000 resellers; and its Technology segment, conducted through Indian subsidiary Bharat IT Services Ltd., offering information communications and technology (ICT) distribution, managed services, consultancy, maintenance, disaster recovery, networking, and data hosting primarily to banking, financial services, and public sector clients. Incorporated in 1993 and headquartered at 1 North Bridge Road, #19-04/05 High Street Centre in Singapore, Digilife serves markets in Indonesia and India while managing property-related assets including residential, hospitality, commercial, and industrial properties for rental income and capital growth. The company recently exits its mobile devices retail operations and advances the divestment of its non-core IT business; in September 2025, it enters a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 51% of the partnership interest in Brimax AAC Products LLP, an Indian manufacturer of sustainable autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks and panels with production capacity of 600 cubic meters per day at its Vadodara facility, for INR336.6 million (S$4.9 million) funded internally and expected to complete by mid-November 2025 pending shareholder and regulatory approvals, marking a diversification into manufacturing and distribution of construction materials such as fly ash bricks, lightweight blocks, precast products, paving blocks, tiles, adhesives, and real estate services including development, leasing, and property management.
