Koda Ltd is a Singapore-based Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and investment holding company specializing in the design, manufacture, sale, and export of wood furniture and fixtures. Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Singapore, Koda operates manufacturing bases in Vietnam and Malaysia, serving more than 150 established customers across about 50 countries including Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe. The company's core products include wood furniture for dining rooms, living rooms, and bedrooms, as well as upholstery; furniture made from metal, glass, fabric, stone, leather, and steel; mirrors; chairs; headboards; and sofas. Koda integrates diverse materials such as various wood species (oak, walnut, beech, birch, poplar, acacia, rubber wood); metals (brass, stainless steel, aluminum); glass (fluted, tempered, crystal clear); fabrics including PET fabrics; marble, ceramic, quartz, terrazzo, and travertine; as well as types of genuine and synthetic leather, emphasizing craftsmanship and quality. It also provides furniture design services and partners with clients on co-development projects. Recent strategic changes include a board reshuffle effective December 6, 2024, reflecting governance-focused realignment, and efforts to embrace new marketing and branding programs aiming to expand its digitally savvy retail brand presence with a focus on environmentally responsible materials and premium furniture offerings. The company continues to invest in improving cost competitiveness in its manufacturing operations and enforces sustainable practices, including sourcing legally certified timber and materials, and membership in the Rainforest Alliance. Koda reported a significant financial turnaround in fiscal year 2025 driven by product re-engineering and operational streamlining to meet evolving customer price expectations and market conditions. The management team combines close to a century of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, reinforcing Koda's position as a leading furniture OEM/ODM producer in Southeast Asia.
