The company operates offices in Tigard and Corvallis, Oregon; Charlotte, North Carolina; Rockville, Maryland; and maintains facilities in Italy, targeting utilities, industrial operators, AI data centers, and regions transitioning from coal or fossil fuels across North America, Europe, and emerging markets. In recent developments, NuScale's exclusive global strategic partner ENTRA1 Energy signed a landmark agreement with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in 2025 for up to six gigawatts of SMR capacity, the largest such program in U.S. history to power AI data centers and critical industries across seven states; the company advanced Phase 2 front-end engineering and design for the RoPower Doicești six-module plant in Romania through partner Fluor, bolstered liquidity to $753.8 million via at-the-market share sales generating $475.2 million in gross proceeds during Q3 2025, and recognized a $495 million milestone contribution under its Partnership Milestones Agreement with ENTRA1 while transitioning personnel from research to commercial projects.
