Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Black Swan Graphene operates a production facility in Consett, United Kingdom, and markets its products through direct sales, distributors, compounders and strategic partners across North America, Europe and other international markets. The Company’s technology platform includes intellectual property and graphene-production know-how acquired from Thomas Swan & Co. Ltd. in 2022, and it maintains commercial and distribution relationships with companies including Thomas Swan, Hubron International, Broadway Colours, Gerdau Graphene and Concretene. In recent developments, Black Swan completed an expansion of production capacity at its United Kingdom facility in March 2026; acquired Quebec-based custom plastic and rubber injection-molding manufacturer Falpaco Rubber & Plastic Inc. in April 2026 for approximately C$12.6 million, establishing a vertically integrated platform encompassing graphene production, masterbatch development and molded-component manufacturing; and appointed a director of communications and capital markets in May 2026.
