In recent developments, the company listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) main market via an initial public offering on March 27, 2024, raising SAR 1.178 billion; commenced operations at a new flour mill expansion in Al-Jumum following final approval from the General Food Security Authority in September 2025, boosting its largest milling line to 1,250 metric tons per day at an estimated cost of SAR 240 million; and approved a SAR 150 million investment in December 2024 for a new animal feed facility in Al-Jumum with 422,000 metric tons annual capacity for poultry and livestock, slated for commercial production in Q4 2026. These expansions align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 food security goals and support growing domestic demand amid rising meat and dairy consumption.
