Business
Novolog (Pharm-Up 1966) Ltd provides healthcare services in Israel through three main divisions: Logistics, Health Services, and Digital. The Logistics division handles import and distribution of medicines and medical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and patients; logistics for clinical trials and related services including Trialog-Clinical Trial Logistics; pharmaceutical services to customers; and sterilization and validation processes for consumable medical equipment using ethylene oxide gas. The Health Services division offers in-home nursing and patient care through subsidiaries such as Care for Life-Professional Nurses Service; customized medicine, medical and diagnostic laboratory services via acquisitions like American Medical Laboratories (75% stake for ILS 21 million), Pronto Diagnostics (75% stake for ILS 11 million), and Gsap Biomed (60% stake for ILS 33 million); and health process management for corporations, insurance companies, health organizations, and government bodies. The Digital division develops technological tools and platforms for health services; disseminates medical content to the public and professionals; promotes digital presence for clinics, doctors, and therapists; and provides telemedicine, appointment scheduling, and management tools including the Symptomi platform launched with startup Kahun for preliminary medical inquiries. Founded in 1966 and headquartered at 55 Maayan Street in Modi'in, Israel, the company employs over 900 people and serves all public and private medical entities nationwide as well as international pharmaceutical and medical device firms. Recently, Novolog implemented a new ERP system; appointed Aviad Busi as group CEO following Eran Taus's resignation in 2023; distributed multiple dividends totaling over ILS 50 million in 2024 including NIS 10 million in November and NIS 15 million in August; reported third-quarter and nine-month earnings for 2025; and continued expansion through prior acquisitions while listing on the Tel Aviv 125 Index.
