It offers glass epoxy laminates (including FR-4 for electronic circuit boards, high-frequency high-speed variants for AI servers and 5G/6G applications), paper laminates (such as FR-1 and XPC), composite epoxy material (CEM) laminates (including CEM-1, CEM-3), and upstream materials comprising copper foils (including HVLP3 thick copper foil for data centers and ultra-thin VLP for IC substrates), glass yarns (low-dielectric variants), glass fabrics, bleached kraft papers, epoxy resins, kraft papers for copper-clad laminates, polyvinyl butyral (PVB) products, specialty resins, and chemicals; additional activities encompass property sales and rentals (commercial, residential, industrial portfolios), copper trading, hotel accommodation services, and drilling services. In recent developments, the company expanded laminate production capacity in Thailand to 1 million sheets per month by end-2024 with plans for further phases to reach 1.8 million sheets to serve overseas demand including from Kingboard Holdings Limited's PCB operations; it brought online a 1,500-tonne monthly copper foil facility in Lianzhou and commenced low-dielectric glass yarn production in Qingyuan with additional kilns and a planned Shaoguan project for 70,000 tonnes of electronic-grade yarn and 96 million meters of fabric by 2026; for the six months ended June 30, 2025, revenue rose 11% to HK$9.6 billion driven by higher shipments, high-end product mix, and price increases amid AI and automotive electronics demand, with net profit up 28% to HK$933 million and an interim dividend of HK15 cents per share declared.
