This acquisition enhances Targa's sour gas treating capabilities and adds approximately 480 miles of natural gas gathering lines, along with 180 million cubic feet per day of cryogenic processing and sour-gas treating capacity. Additionally, in 2025, Targa entered a strategic joint venture in the Blackcomb Pipeline to build the Traverse pipeline, further expanding its export infrastructure network. These initiatives reflect continued strategic expansion and organic growth opportunities in key U.S. shale plays. Targa Resources primarily serves natural gas producers, refiners, petrochemical companies, exporters, and wholesale distributors with a comprehensive suite of midstream services.
