(Nasdaq: TSBK) serves as the holding company for Timberland Bank, a community-oriented financial institution that provides a broad range of banking products and services to individuals and businesses primarily in western Washington state. Timberland Bank offers deposit products including checking accounts, regular savings accounts, money market deposit accounts, and certificates of deposit; lending solutions encompassing one- to four-family residential loans, multi-family loans, commercial real estate loans, construction loans (custom, owner/builder, speculative, commercial, multi-family, and land development), land loans, commercial business loans, and consumer loans such as home equity lines of credit, second mortgages, automobile loans, boat loans, motorcycle loans, recreational vehicle loans, savings account loans, and unsecured loans; and additional services comprising online and mobile banking, cash management, merchant services through partnership with TSYS (including credit/debit card payments, electronic gift and prepaid cards, payment gateways, reporting tools, and security features), remote deposit, online bill pay, and financial planning. The company operates 24 branches across Grays Harbor, Thurston, Lewis, Pierce, Kitsap, and King counties in Washington. Founded in 1915 as Southwest Washington Savings and Loan in Hoquiam, Washington, where it maintains headquarters at 624 Simpson Avenue, Timberland Bancorp resulted from the 1997 mutual-to-stock conversion and IPO of Timberland Bank, which traces its federal charter to 1934. Recent developments include the opening of a new full-service branch in University Place during fiscal 2025 to expand commercial banking relationships and support regional growth; a 22% increase in diluted earnings per share to $3.67 for fiscal year 2025 ended September 30; announcement of a new stock repurchase program in July 2025; net loan growth to $1.44 billion by June 30, 2025, driven by multi-family and commercial real estate originations; and recognition as a top performer in the Piper Sandler Bank and Thrift Sm-All Stars: Class of 2024.
