Tsurumi Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In July 2024, Tsurumi acquired the entire share capital of Zenit International S.p.A., the Italian holding company of Zenit Group, a manufacturer of submersible electric pumps for wastewater treatment with factories in China and offices in Singapore and Luxembourg, formalizing a partnership that began in 2018 to enhance R&D, production optimization, and market expansion under the Zenit brand; the company also continues to launch advanced product lines such as the AVANT series of explosion-proof submersible pumps with IE3 premium efficiency motors for wastewater applications.
