Arizona Metals Corp. (TSX: AMC) is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on advancing high-grade volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) and bulk-tonnage gold deposits in Arizona, USA; the company owns 100% of the flagship Kay Mine Project in Yavapai County, comprising 1,669 acres of patented and BLM claims plus 193 acres of royalty-free private land, and the Sugarloaf Peak Gold Project in La Paz County, covering 4,400 acres of BLM claims. At the Kay Mine Project, Arizona Metals explores for copper, gold, zinc and silver through a high-grade VMS deposit defined from surface to over 900 metres depth; the June 2025 NI 43-101-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate outlines indicated resources of 9.28 million tonnes grading 3.18% copper equivalent (CuEq), containing 650 million pounds CuEq, and inferred resources of 0.86 million tonnes grading 2.44% CuEq, containing 46 million pounds CuEq, with the deposit remaining open at depth and along strike for expansion. The Sugarloaf Peak Project targets a bulk-tonnage oxide gold deposit amenable to heap-leach open-pit mining, supported by a 1983 historic estimate of 100 million tons averaging 0.5 grams per tonne gold (approximately 1.5 million ounces), which awaits verification by a qualified person and is not classified as a current mineral resource. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, and founded prior to its public listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, the company operates exclusively in Arizona, a top-tier mining jurisdiction, targeting extensions of known deposits, untested geophysical anomalies and new priority drill targets identified through rock grid sampling, geophysical surveys and ongoing metallurgical testing including copper-zinc differential flotation, Bond ball mill work index and gold deportment studies. Recent developments include the release of the June 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate for Kay Mine, which validated high-grade quality despite lower-than-expected tonnage and highlighted expansion potential between existing holes and into inferred categories; completion of over 75,000 metres of drilling across Phase 1, 2 and ongoing Phase 3 programs at Kay Mine, with more than 90% of prospective targets remaining untested; a $25 million bought deal public offering closed in December 2024 to fund continued exploration at both projects; leadership changes with Duncan Middlemiss appointed as President and CEO and Jacques Perron as Chair in May 2024; filing of a technical report for Kay Mine; announcement of 2025 annual and special shareholder meeting results; and intersection of high-grade intervals such as 29.6 metres at 10.7 grams per tonne gold equivalent in the Kay2 Zone, alongside plans for additional reverse circulation drilling at Sugarloaf Peak.
