Business
Delta Resources Limited (TSX-V: DLTA) is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing high-potential gold and base metal properties in Quebec and Ontario. The company engages in the acquisition, exploration, and potential development of mineral assets suitable for underground and open-pit mining, with its flagship Delta-1 Gold Property comprising 1,523 claims covering 306 square kilometers in the Thunder Bay district of Ontario, including the Eureka Gold Deposit and surrounding targets such as Shabaqua Zone, I-Zone Sector, and recently acquired Horne and Laurie properties; the Delta-2 Property spanning 237 claims over 12,650 hectares in the Chibougamau Mining district of Quebec, targeting volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposits with zinc-rich horizons; and an option on the Dollier property of 40 claims covering 2,228 hectares in Chibougamau. Delta Resources targets junior mining investors and operates primarily in Canada, with headquarters in Kingston, Ontario, where it was incorporated in 1946 and rebranded from Golden Hope Mines Limited in July 2019. Recent developments include the completion of an upsized 5,237-metre fall drilling program at Delta-1 in December 2025, alongside a high-resolution drone magnetic survey; Phase II of the 2025 drill program announced in August 2025 with over 3,100 metres targeting Eureka extensions; strategic land expansions in the Shebandowan Greenstone Belt through acquisitions of contiguous claims in October and August 2024; receipt of a C$200,000 Ontario Junior Exploration Program grant and exploration permits in late 2024 for 2025 drilling; closing of a premium charity flow-through financing in November 2024; and ongoing environmental baseline and till sampling programs to support resource delineation.
