- Lucky Royal Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based food manufacturing company that specializes in the production, processing, and distribution of frozen desserts and quick-frozen pre-cooked noodle products. Founded in 1986 and operating as a core subsidiary of Namchow Holdings Co., Ltd., the company is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, and maintains manufacturing facilities in Taoyuan and Tainan. Lucky Royal serves both business-to-consumer and business-to-business markets, supplying nationwide retail networks, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and more than 25,000 foodservice clients across Taiwan and select international markets.
The company operates primarily through two core business segments: Frozen Ice Cream Products and Quick-Frozen Cooked Noodle Products. Its product and service portfolio comprises: ice cream and frozen confectionery sold under the flagship Duroyal and premium Capisso brands, including multi-layered coated ice cream bars, waffle cones, family-sized tubs, commercial bulk foodservice tubs, Italian gelato, Japanese-style mochi ice cream, and fruit and yogurt bars; quick-frozen pre-cooked noodle products marketed under the Namchow Sanuki brand, encompassing frozen Sanuki udon, ramen, buckwheat soba, pasta, and ready-to-heat noodle meal kits; original design manufacturing and original equipment manufacturing services for private-label brand owners, convenience retailers, and restaurant chains; and commercial foodservice supply solutions tailored for hotels, restaurants, cafes, hot pot chains, and institutional catering clients.
In recent major developments, Lucky Royal completed its public listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under ticker 7791 in October 2025, following its initial registration on the Emerging Stock Board in November 2024, deploying the proceeds toward manufacturing capacity expansion, debt repayment, and overseas market penetration. Operationally, the company commissioned its third automated frozen cooked noodle production line at its Zhongli manufacturing complex in late 2025, doubling its overall noodle production capacity and adding an estimated TWD 600 million in annual output value. In addition, Lucky Royal advanced plans for a third dedicated ice cream production facility in Taoyuan to support rising demand for premium and differentiated frozen dessert lines. The company has also accelerated its international footprint across Southeast Asia, North America, Australia, and the Middle East by leveraging Halal-certified product lines and Namchow Group's global distribution network, while continuously expanding its consumer portfolio with innovative texture-focused ice cream varieties and co-branded ready-to-eat noodle products.
