(NYSE American: UMAC) manufactures and sells drone components and small drones focused on first-person view (FPV) technology for commercial, recreational, entertainment, competitive racing, and defense applications; core products include ultra-low latency FPV video goggles under the Fat Shark brand, high-performance NDAA-compliant electric motors from Rotor Lab, small acrobatic FPV drones, propulsion systems, cameras such as Aura, HDO+ goggles, and related parts and accessories retailed through the Rotor Riot e-commerce platform and B2B channels. Incorporated in 2019 and headquartered at 4677 L B McLeod Road, Suite J, Orlando, Florida, the company, formerly AerocarveUS Corporation until its name change in July 2022, distributes via e-commerce, retail, and direct sales while expanding U.S.-based production for domestic supply chains including the Department of Defense. Recent developments encompass the September 2025 completion of the $7 million acquisition of Rotor Lab Pty Ltd to enhance motor production capabilities; a $25 million strategic investment in XTI Aerospace following its Drone Nerds acquisition in November 2025; $300 million Capital on Demand sales agreement in 2025; major defense orders including 3,500 motors for the U.S. Army 101st Airborne Division in October 2025, $12.8 million for Strategic Logix RRSL drones in September 2025, $1.6 million for Aura cameras and goggles in August 2025, and $800,000 from Red Cat in October 2025; additions of a 25,000 sq ft Orlando warehouse in November 2025 and motor facility online in October 2025 with 30 new hires; $72 million raised via ATM in October 2025; key executive appointments such as VP of Supply Chain Jason Reels, VP Engineering Al Ducharme, VP Marketing Nathaniel Kennedy, and others in 2025; and strategic investments alongside Ondas Holdings in LightPath Technologies and Safe Pro Group for drone optics and AI technologies.
