Recent strategic developments include the November 2025 acquisition of Insignia International's California and Midwest DSD routes to penetrate the $4.1 billion California salty snacks market starting in 2026, following the August 2024 purchase of 65 South Florida routes and earlier 2021-2022 acquisitions like Festida Foods, R.W. Garcia, Clem Snacks, and J&D Snacks; supply chain optimization via closure of the Grand Rapids, Michigan facility by early 2026 to enhance efficiency and automation; a Q3 2025 dividend increase to $0.252 per share; and ongoing investments in product innovation for better-for-you snacks, organic growth, and productivity savings targeting 16% margins by 2026.
