Verra Mobility conducts operations across more than 15 countries, with a primary focus on the United States, Australia, Europe, and Canada, serving rental car companies, fleet operators, municipalities, school districts, original equipment manufacturers, and financial institutions. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, the company employs over 1,800 people globally. Recent developments include a strategic partnership with Verizon Connect announced in March 2025 to integrate managed tolling, violations, and registration services into the Verizon Connect Marketplace; a collaboration with Sixt in July 2025 to provide electronic toll payments for rental vehicles in six major Italian cities; the launch of AutoKinex for secure in-vehicle payments in November 2025; expansion of a New York City Department of Transportation red-light camera program with 130 cameras installed contributing approximately $17 million in Q3 2025 revenue; a board-approved increase in its share repurchase program to $250 million; and raised full-year 2025 revenue guidance to $955 million-$965 million following strong Q2 results with 6% year-over-year revenue growth to $236 million.
