In recent developments, Vantage Drilling International Ltd. completed the sale of the Tungsten Explorer drillship in August 2025 to TEVA Ship Charter LLC, a joint venture with TotalEnergies in which Vantage retains a 25% stake and a 10-year operating contract, using proceeds to fully redeem $65.145 million in senior secured first lien notes due 2028; the company sold its Soehanah and Topaz Driller jackups to ADES International Holding for $190 million, expanding a strategic alliance while continuing three-year management services; additionally, it finalized a 260-day contract for the Platinum Explorer in September 2025, though the contract was terminated in October 2025 due to economic sanctions changes, and reported third quarter 2025 net income of $67.2 million attributable to shareholders.
