Business
Grey Wolf Health Corp. is a Canadian diversified health company that commercializes prescription and non-prescription products for animal and human health markets in Canada. The Company operates through Animal Health and Pharmacy business units, focusing on products and tailored formulations that address unmet needs of veterinarians, companion-animal owners, physicians and patients. Its Animal Health portfolio includes gastrointestinal-health products for acute gastrointestinal upset; wound-care products, including the Activon medical-grade Manuka honey range; veterinary prescription injectables, including Ataject and Sedaject; behavioral-health nutraceuticals, including Composure Pro; end-of-life products; and other established and newly introduced veterinary products. Its Pharmacy operations provide compounded prescription products and specialized formulations, including solutions for equine and other animal-health applications, through its Trutina Pharmacy business. Grey Wolf Health employs an in-licensing, acquisition and compounding strategy to commercialize differentiated products in Canada and serves veterinary clinics, animal-health professionals, physicians, patients and animal owners. Founded in 2015 by veterinarian Dr. Ian Sandler, the Company is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; it acquired Veterinary Healthcare Solutions in 2018 to establish a nationwide commercial footprint and acquired Trutina Pharmacy in 2021. In June 2026, the Company changed its name from Grey Wolf Animal Health Corp. to Grey Wolf Health Corp., while retaining the TSX Venture Exchange ticker symbol WOLF, to reflect its expansion from a veterinary-focused company into a broader human and animal health platform. Recent operational initiatives include investment in a new enterprise-resource-planning system, a new compounding facility in Ancaster, Ontario, and the appointment of a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to oversee commercial activity across the Pharmacy and Animal Health units.
