Acquired by Andritz AG in a $833 million cash transaction completed in late 2018 and rebranded as ANDRITZ Fabrics and Rolls Inc. in May 2019, the company now functions as a subsidiary, integrating its technologies such as SMART roll monitoring, SmartRemote services, and TransForm forming fabrics into Andritz's broader pulp and paper portfolio.
