In 2024, ZOOZ completed a business combination with Keyarch Acquisition Corporation to list on Nasdaq under ticker ZOOZ; in November 2024, it entered a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement for up to $12 million in financing; throughout 2025, the company initiated a Bitcoin treasury strategy by raising $159 million in net proceeds via private placement, acquiring over 1,000 Bitcoin valued at more than $115 million, announced a $50 million share repurchase program, explored strategic alternatives including a proof-of-concept with a leading defense firm, implemented a 35% cost reduction restructuring, and secured a pilot installation with China's largest charge point operator Yixiaoju in Shanghai to expand in the world's biggest EV market.
