Through its principal subsidiary ACNB Bank, the company offers deposit products including checking, savings, money market accounts, time deposits, and debit cards; commercial lending such as commercial mortgages, real estate development and construction loans, accounts receivable and inventory financing, agricultural loans, and governmental loans; consumer lending encompassing home equity loans and lines of credit, automobile and recreational vehicle loans, manufactured housing loans, and personal lines of credit; mortgage lending programs featuring personal residential mortgages, residential construction loans, and investment mortgage loans; wealth management services comprising testamentary trusts, life insurance trusts, charitable remainder trusts, guardianships, powers of attorney, custodial accounts, investment management and advisory accounts, retail brokerage, and fiduciary services as trustee for financial assets; and digital banking solutions including online, telephone, mobile banking, and automated teller machine access. ACNB Insurance Services, Inc., doing business as Russell Insurance Group, provides property and casualty, life, health, and disability insurance products to commercial and personal clients. In a major strategic expansion announced July 23, 2024, and completed February 1, 2025, ACNB acquired Traditions Bancorp, Inc., and its subsidiary Traditions Bank in an all-stock transaction, integrating Traditions' operations into ACNB Bank to enhance its community banking footprint, add experienced leadership including Traditions CEO Eugene J. Draganosky as Vice Chair of ACNB's boards, and bolster market presence in York County, Pennsylvania. The company operates through a network of community banking offices and loan production offices across Pennsylvania counties of Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, and York, and Maryland counties of Baltimore, Carroll, and Frederick; maintains total assets of approximately $2.8 billion as of late 2024; and reports revenue primarily from net interest income supplemented by noninterest income from fees, insurance commissions, and wealth management.
