The institution operates through its key divisions: Commercial Banking and Global Wholesale Banking. It facilitates a range of offerings including deposit accounts and various bank funding instruments, along with debit and credit card services, advanced digital prepaid options, comprehensive payment platforms, and attractive loyalty schemes. The bank also provides employee benefit vouchers, payroll-linked loans, digital lending solutions, and online debt renegotiation, alongside residential mortgages and home equity financing products. Additional consumer credit is available, as are specialized local loans, commercial and trade finance, guarantees, bespoke structured loans, cash management facilities, and robust funding solutions, encompassing re-lending transfer capabilities. Furthermore, the company extends financing and strategic financial advisory for projects, manages the origination and placement of fixed-income securities within the debt capital markets, arranges acquisition financing and syndicated loans, and offers other intricate financing structures, including subordinated debt and transactions focused on energy efficiency. It also provides merger and acquisition advisory, equity capital markets services, stock brokerage, general equity provisions, and in-depth equity research. Beyond these, the institution designs and offers foreign exchange instruments, derivative products, and a variety of investment options for institutional investors, corporations, and retail clients, while also engaging in market-making activities. Recent initiatives include instant payment functionalities, a comprehensive suite of products and services tailored for the agribusiness industry, and impactful microfinance programs like Prospera Santander Microfinance, which has significantly expanded its reach. Digital platforms further enhance its offerings with online automotive listings and digital car insurance solutions, alongside its digital trading platform. The bank serves its extensive customer base through a diverse multichannel network, integrating traditional branches, compact mini-branches, ATMs, responsive call centers, secure internet banking, and convenient mobile banking applications, with the majority of transactions now conducted digitally. Incorporated in 1985, Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. maintains its central operations in São Paulo, Brazil.
