In recent years, the company ceased solvent extraction operations and shifted strategically in fiscal year 2024 by commencing trading in agri commodities, aligning with its core objectives; it reported significant sales growth to Rs 21.50 crore in fiscal 2025 from prior lows, alongside board changes including the retirement of independent director B. Vyas in March 2025 and appointment of Kishan Kanjaria in August 2025.
