The company serves diverse customer segments worldwide, with primary operations spanning North America, Europe and select international markets, structured into key segments: Vista for small business printing and design services; PrintBrothers including druck.at, Printdeal and WIRmachenDRUCK; The Print Group encompassing Easyflyer, Exaprint, Pixartprinting and Tradeprint; National Pen for custom promotional products; and All Other Businesses. Recent developments include the successful repricing of its Term Loan B in late 2024, reducing annualized cash interest expense by approximately $11 million and the interest rate margin by 50 basis points to SOFR plus a lower spread while remaining net leverage neutral; the issuance of $525 million in 7.375% Senior Notes due 2032 in September 2024 to redeem outstanding 7.0% Senior Notes due 2026; an S&P Global Ratings upgrade to 'BB-' in August 2024 citing improved credit metrics and projected leverage reduction to 3.2x in 2025; and ongoing operational enhancements like Cross-Cimpress Fulfillment initiatives generating incremental gross profit, alongside fiscal 2026 revenue growth guidance of 5% to 6% or 2% to 3% organic constant currency with net income of at least $72 million.
