Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (NASDAQ: ENLT, TASE: ENLT) develops, finances, constructs, owns and operates utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar photovoltaic facilities, onshore wind farms and energy storage systems; the company maintains a mature portfolio encompassing operational assets, projects under construction, those due to commence construction within a year or with signed power purchase agreements (PPAs). Its operations span the United States, Europe (including Spain, Sweden, Italy, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Serbia and Kosovo), Israel and the Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region, with a total portfolio featuring approximately 20 GW of multi-technology generation capacity and 35.8 GWh of energy storage. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Rosh HaAyin, Israel, Enlight serves utilities, corporations and deregulated power markets through long-term PPAs and acts as both a greenfield developer and independent power producer across its vertically integrated platform. The company targets large-scale utility projects and corporate off-takers, exemplified by recent 12-year $105 million clean power supply agreements with Vishay Intertechnology Israel and NTA for mass transit operations; it also secured PPAs with Arizona Public Service for Snowflake A and CO Bar projects. Among its latest developments, Enlight closed $1.5 billion in project financing across three U.S. projects within four months through April 2025, including $243 million construction loans for Quail Ranch (expected COD end-2025), $773 million for Country Acres (403 MW solar and 688 MWh storage, COD H2 2026) and prior funding for Roadrunner (290 MW solar and 940 MWh storage); in Europe, it obtained $310 million for hybridizing Spain's Gecama wind farm and reached financial close on Serbia's 94 MW Pupin wind farm with $101 million from EBRD and Erste.[press-releases] Further recent milestones include $340 million tax equity partnerships for Roadrunner in October 2025, Harel and Amitim's $50 million acquisition of 44% in a 69 MW solar and 448 MWh storage cluster (January 2025), winning Israel's first land tender for an integrated data center-renewable facility in Ashalim (March 2025), two facilities securing bids in Israel's inaugural energy storage tender (February 2025, targeting 1,300-1,900 MWh total construction) and commercial operations at U.S. Atrisco (364 MW solar + 1.2 GWh storage), Serbia's Pupin, Hungary's 60 MW Tapolca solar and Israel's 254 MW/594 MWh solar-storage cluster.[press-releases]
