Another program, FHD-609, a BRD9 protein degrader for synovial sarcoma and SMARCB1-deleted tumors, saw its clinical study enrollment paused and was placed on partial clinical hold by the FDA due to a safety event. Foghorn maintains a strategic partnership with Loxo Oncology at Eli Lilly and Company to co-develop novel oncology therapies, including a selective BRM program and other discovery-stage targets.
