This strategic acquisition expands Federal Signal's Environmental Solutions Group capabilities and reinforces its product portfolio in refuse hauling and municipal equipment. Earlier, the company had also acquired Hog Technologies and Standard Equipment Company to bolster its road-marking, waterblasting equipment, and aftermarket business. In 2025, Federal Signal executed a new five-year credit agreement increasing revolving credit capacity to $1.1 billion, reflecting financial strength to support growth initiatives. Concurrently, Federal Signal has raised its 2025 full-year net sales outlook to $2.12 billion and adjusted EPS guidance to $4.12–$4.20, driven by strong demand and operational excellence. Federal Signal targets municipal, industrial, infrastructure, and safety markets with solutions engineered to improve, enhance, and protect communities and companies. It emphasizes growth through organic initiatives, acquisitions, aftermarket expansion, electrification projects, and continuous innovation in advanced safety and environmental technologies.
