- Goldstorm Metals Corp. is a Canadian precious and base metals exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold, silver and copper mineral properties in the Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia. The Company’s principal assets comprise the 100%-owned Crown and Electrum projects, which collectively encompass approximately 16,469 hectares across six mineral concessions; exploration activities include diamond drilling; geological mapping and prospecting; rock, soil and reconnaissance sampling; induced-polarization, magnetotelluric and airborne geophysical surveys; target generation; and evaluation of gold, silver, copper and other base-metal mineralization. The Crown Property, situated near Stewart, British Columbia, includes the Mackie West, Mackie East, Orion, Fairweather, Delta and High North claim groups and is prospective for copper-gold-silver mineralization, including the Copernicus trend, Orion area and Delta West zone. The Electrum Property, located approximately six kilometres southeast of Crown and between the Brucejack and Silbak Premier mining areas, is targeted for high-grade gold-silver and polymetallic mineralization. Goldstorm serves the mineral-exploration and mining sector and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Founded in 2020, the Company became publicly listed following its November 2022 spin-out arrangement with Tudor Gold Corp., from which it acquired the Crown and Electrum properties. Recent developments include the closing of an upsized non-brokered LIFE private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of C$7.0 million in April 2026; completion of planning and permitting for the 2026 Crown exploration program; appointment of Joel Ashburner as chief geologist; commencement of an approximately 3,000-metre Phase I diamond drilling program at Crown in July 2026 targeting the Copernicus copper-gold geochemical trend and Delta West gold-silver zone; and ongoing drilling, reconnaissance sampling and an airborne geophysical survey at Crown, with approximately 2,085 metres completed in four holes as of August 31, 2026.
