Recent developments include a March 2025 multi-territory expansion with Kinepolis for nine new IMAX with Laser locations across Europe, the U.S., and Canada, nearly doubling Kinepolis's European footprint to 13 sites; a July 2025 renewal and expansion of its senior secured revolving credit facility to $375 million maturing in 2030 with reduced borrowing costs and an accordion feature up to $515 million for network growth and operations; a July 2025 relaunch of partnership with HOYTS Cinemas for up to five new IMAX with Laser systems in Australia; an August 2025 agreement with Apple Cinemas for additional U.S. locations; plans for significant expansion in India targeting at least 150 theatres from 34 current; and a prior 2022 acquisition of streaming technology firm Ssimwave for $21 million.
