Recent strategic initiatives include an ongoing multibillion-dollar U.S. retail expansion program under which Chase plans to open more than 160 branches in over 30 states and renovate nearly 600 locations during 2026, with expansion concentrated in markets including North and South Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Massachusetts and Tennessee.
