Business
Wonil T&I Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in process equipment and system solutions for the liquefied natural gas (LNG), hydrogen energy, nuclear power, and marine defense sectors. The company operates through four primary business segments: Natural Gas & LNG Equipment, Hydrogen Energy Systems, Power & Nuclear Plant Equipment, and Marine & Defense Engineering. Its comprehensive product and service portfolio includes submerged combustion vaporizers (SCV) for LNG receiving and regasification terminals; boil-off gas (BOG) reliquefaction systems and gas heaters; fuel gas supply systems (FGSS), gas scrubbers, and filtration separators; proprietary solid-state hydrogen storage alloys and high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders; high-purity hydrogen reformers and on-site hydrogen extraction packages for refueling stations and industrial sites; automatic debris filters and seawater filtration equipment for nuclear, thermal, and combined-cycle power plants; and customized pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and marine skid packages. Wonil T&I primarily serves gas utilities, energy infrastructure developers, power plant operators, global shipbuilders, and national defense contractors across South Korea, Asia, the Middle East, and global markets. In recent developments, the company secured multi-billion-won contracts with Korea Gas Technology Corporation (KOGAS-Tech) for the manufacturing and installation of hydrogen extraction, recovery, and supply utility facilities. Additionally, Wonil T&I has reinforced its exclusive position in the naval defense supply chain through ongoing deliveries of hydrogen storage alloy modules for the Republic of Korea Navy's Jangbogo-III Batch-II submarine program, while strategically expanding its green portfolio into carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technologies and hydrogen energy storage systems (H-ESS). Founded in 1990 and incorporated in 1998, Wonil T&I Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
