National Consumer Holding Company KSCP (NCCI) is a Kuwait-based multi-sector holding company engaged in industrial manufacturing, consumer goods production, entertainment facility operations, food and beverage management, educational infrastructure development, and financial investments across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Sharq, Kuwait City, Kuwait, the company operates across several primary business segments: Manufacturing and Industrial, Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Education, and Investment and Corporate Services. The company provides a wide range of manufactured products and commercial services, including: consumer and commercial paper products such as facial tissues, toilet rolls, paper napkins, paper egg trays, and disposable party plates; industrial packaging solutions including corrugated carton boxes, heavy-duty packaging materials, and multi-wall kraft paper cement bags; metallurgical and construction products including deformed and plain round steel reinforcement bars and industrial metal fasteners; family entertainment and leisure services comprising indoor amusement centers, bowling alleys, and electronic gaming facilities operated under the Cozmo Entertainment brand; food and beverage operations involving restaurant management and quick-service dining concepts through Prime Snack Box Restaurant Management Company; educational infrastructure services comprising private K-12 school development and management; and holding company services comprising equity investments, securities trading, real estate holdings, trademark and patent licensing, and financial lending and operational support to subsidiary enterprises. In recent strategic developments, National Consumer Holding Company has executed major business expansions and corporate reorganizations to diversify its operational base beyond traditional manufacturing. The company expanded into the educational infrastructure sector through its subsidiary, English International Holding Group, securing a 75% stake in the J6-F Private School development in the Jaber Al-Ahmad area under a long-term Public-Private Partnership Agreement with Kuwait's Public Authority for Housing Welfare, covering both facility construction and a 35-year operational phase. Regionally, the group broadened its industrial footprint into Saudi Arabia by establishing Gulf Metal Industry LLC to manufacture and distribute industrial metal fasteners. In addition, the group established Prime Snack Box Restaurant Management Company to drive growth in the food service sector and incorporated Professional Group Holding Company as part of an internal restructuring to streamline group asset management and operational oversight across Kuwait and neighboring regional markets.
