Business
Lake Winn Resources Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of critical- and strategic-mineral properties. The Company’s principal asset is its 100%-owned Little Nahanni Pegmatite Group (LNPG) project, a 7,080-hectare lithium-cesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatite district located near the Northwest Territories–Yukon border in Canada. LNPG comprises a lithium-, tantalum-, cesium- and tin-bearing pegmatite vein swarm extending approximately 13 kilometres and up to 500 metres wide, with individual mineralized veins reported to reach up to 10 metres in thickness; exploration activities include historical drill-core reassaying, channel and rock sampling, lithium-in-soil geochemistry, geophysical surveying, target generation and planned diamond drilling. The Company is advancing the Alpha Prime target, a priority pegmatite target measuring approximately seven kilometres in strike length and 80 to 120 metres in width, through planned soil sampling, airborne magnetic and radiometric surveys and a proposed 1,500-metre heli-supported diamond drilling program. Lake Winn also holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Silver Switchback Copper-Silver Project, comprising eight mineral claims totaling 2,561 hectares in the Omineca Mining Division of British Columbia, where it intends to conduct property maintenance, soil geochemistry, trenching, assays and exploration targeting silver, copper, lead, zinc, gold and associated polymetallic mineralization. In June 2026, the Company announced a strategic repositioning toward critical and strategic minerals, including a proposed change of name to Northern Critical Minerals Ltd., subject to applicable corporate and TSX Venture Exchange approvals; the proposed Silver Switchback option acquisition; a proposed shares-for-debt settlement; and a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to C$3.0 million to support LNPG and Silver Switchback exploration, transaction costs and working capital. In September 2026, it additionally arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to C$180,000 for general working capital. Lake Winn Resources Corp. was formed on September 21, 2010, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
