Wesfarmers Limited maintains a diverse portfolio of businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and globally. It also manages general merchandise and apparel stores, including popular brands like Kmart and Target, providing products ranging from clothing and toys to home goods. Beyond retail, Wesfarmers is involved in the industrial sector. Its Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers division manufactures and distributes a range of industrial chemicals, such as ammonia, ammonium nitrate, and sodium cyanide, in addition to agricultural fertilisers and polyvinyl chloride resins. The company's Industrial & Safety segment supplies maintenance, repair, and operating products, as well as industrial safety equipment and services, including tools, personal protective equipment, and workwear. Recently, Wesfarmers expanded its presence in health, beauty, and wellness through the acquisition of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API), which includes the Priceline Pharmacy chain, offering retail and clinical cosmetic services, alongside pharmaceutical wholesale distribution. The company also enhances customer engagement through its OneDigital platform, which encompasses an online marketplace and a retail subscription program. Wesfarmers Limited, established in 1914, is headquartered in Perth, Australia.
