Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Simpang Ampat, Penang, Malaysia, the company was incorporated as a private limited by shares entity on September 28, 2021, and listed on Bursa Malaysia with ticker 0267.KL. In a significant recent development, ECA Integrated Solution Berhad mutually terminated its shareholders' agreement on October 24, 2025, with Suzhou Nacotech Co. Ltd., Suzhou Thryda Co. Ltd., and Zhu Bai Yu regarding their joint venture in Suzhou Thryda Co. Ltd., as ECA Advanced Solutions Sdn. Bhd., its wholly-owned subsidiary, secured direct approval on a customer's vendor list, eliminating the need for the joint venture structure.
