Recent developments include the June 2025 National Company Law Tribunal approval for the merger of subsidiary Inox Wind Energy Limited into Inox Wind Limited to reduce liabilities by approximately Rs 2,050 crore and streamline operations; a November 2025 memorandum of understanding with KP Energy to jointly develop 2.5 GW of wind and wind-solar hybrid projects across India leveraging Inox Wind's turbine supply and engineering alongside KP Energy's development expertise; and new orders secured in 2025 totaling over 500 MW such as 229 MW in November including 160 MW from a leading independent power producer and 51 MW from First Energy Private Limited in Tamil Nadu, incorporating 3.3 MW turbines with limited EPC and multi-year O&M services.
