Business
Marco Cables & Conductors Ltd. manufactures and sells wires, cables, and conductors primarily for power distribution and transmission applications in India. The company offers a range of products including LT Aerial Bunched Cables for overhead power distribution in challenging terrains; LT PVC and LT XLPE power and control cables up to 1.1 KV with copper or aluminum conductors; FRLS cables; single and multistrand cables; All Aluminium Alloy Conductors (AAAC); and Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) conductors. These products serve power utilities, EPC contractors, government projects, and industries such as telecom, electrical, and automotive through a mix of tenders, direct sales, and dealer networks. Incorporated on April 13, 1989, and headquartered in Ulhasnagar, Thane, Maharashtra, the company operates manufacturing facilities in Nashik and Sinnar, with ISO 9001:2015 and EMS 14001 certifications. Originally established as Marco Cables Private Limited, it transitioned to Marco Cables & Conductors Private Limited in May 2023 and converted to a public limited company in June 2023, listing on the National Stock Exchange of India thereafter. Recent developments include securing purchase orders totaling Rs. 14.72 crore in June 2025 for conductors from a reputed domestic cable client with four-month execution; an additional Rs. 7.83 crore order in August 2025 for aluminum power cables with six-month execution; and a Rs. 13.22 crore order in October 2025 for assorted aluminum cables with eight-month execution. In July 2025, CARE upgraded its credit ratings to BB+ and A4+ on Rs. 48 crore bank facilities, reflecting improved financial standing amid revenue growth to Rs. 111 crore in FY2025. The company has expanded its portfolio with ACSR, AAAC, and ABC products to strengthen its position in aluminum-based power solutions.
