In recent developments, Olectra renews its strategic partnership with BYD Auto till 2030, surpasses 10,000 electric bus orders, activates partial production at its new 150-acre greenfield plant near Hyderabad with 2,500 vehicles annual capacity scalable to 5,000, delivers over 2,400 electric buses and 50 tippers as of late 2025 covering more than 300 million kilometers, and maintains stakes in subsidiaries like Evey Trans for electric bus contracts with entities including BEST and MSRTC.
