Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK), headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and founded in 1917, designs, manufactures and markets purpose-built specialty vehicles, truck bodies and access equipment worldwide through its Access Equipment, Defense, Vocational and Fire & Emergency segments; core products and services encompass tactical wheeled vehicles including the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle, Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck and Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles from Oshkosh Defense; aerial work platforms, boom lifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts and rough terrain forklifts under brands such as JLG Industries, Hinowa and AUSA; fire apparatus including pumpers, aerials, tankers and airport rescue firefighting vehicles from Pierce Manufacturing and Oshkosh Airport Products; refuse collection vehicles, concrete mixers and vocational trucks from McNeilus, London Machinery and IMT; towing and recovery vehicles from Jerr-Dan; ground support equipment from Oshkosh AeroTech; and the U.S. Postal Service Next Generation Delivery Vehicle; the company operates manufacturing facilities across eight U.S. states and in Australia, Canada, China, France and Romania, serving defense, construction, municipal, airport, refuse, emergency and commercial markets in more than 150 countries. In May 2024, Oshkosh Corporation acquired AUSACORP S.L.
