The wealth management segment, known as Peapack Private, delivers asset management services for individuals, institutions, families, foundations, endowments, trusts, and estates; personal trust services as executor, trustee, administrator, custodian, and guardian; financial planning, tax preparation, retirement, estate, cash flow, investing, wealth preservation and transfer strategies, insurance and risk management; discretionary investment management including proprietary strategies and third-party managers in unified managed accounts or separately managed accounts; and services for public-company executives encompassing stock option strategies, deferred compensation plans, and employment contract financial aspects. Through its Peapack Private Investment Banking subsidiary, the company advises on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic sales for middle-market clients.
