Business
XMH Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company that provides diesel engine, marine propulsion, and power generation solutions for the marine, commercial, and industrial sectors. Founded in 1955 and headquartered in Singapore, the company operates primarily through three reportable business segments: Distribution, Projects, and After-Sales. The company's core product and service portfolio encompasses: the distribution of high-, medium-, and low-speed marine and industrial diesel propulsion engines; marine gearboxes, propellers, steering gear, and bow thrusters, acting as an authorized distributor or dealer for global manufacturers such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, MTU, Akasaka, Kamome, Reintjes, Volvo Penta, and SOLÉ Diesel; the engineering, assembly, testing, and commissioning of power generation solutions, including in-house branded AceGen and e-Gen power generating sets; the provision of XMH IPS, an integrated propulsion system tailored for workboats, tugs, offshore support vessels, and ferries; and after-sales support services, including preventive maintenance, major overhaul, technical commissioning, and the distribution of genuine replacement components and consumables. Through operating subsidiaries such as Mech-Power Generator Pte Ltd and PT Xin Ming Hua Engine, the group supplies shipbuilders, vessel operators, commercial building developers, industrial facilities, and mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and other Asia-Pacific markets. In recent developments, XMH Holdings Ltd. has strategically expanded its Projects segment to capture rising regional demand for emergency backup power systems in hyperscale and colocation data centers, driving substantial growth in its project order book. Additionally, the company completed a 4-for-1 share split in September 2026 to enhance trading liquidity and broaden its capital base, while continuing to manage regional legal and tax proceedings to safeguard its operational subsidiaries in Indonesia.
