Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Xiangyang, China, the company operates sales branches across China and exports to Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia, with a subsidiary in Poland from its 2013 acquisition of Fabryka Lozysk Tocznych-Krasnik S.A. (KFLT). In recent years, Xiangyang Automobile Bearing established ZXY Components Company in May 2023, secured a new international partner in May 2023, formed Xiangyang Xiangzhou Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. in July 2022 with 76.54% ownership and signed procurement contracts with Dongfeng Motor Nano Technology Co., Ltd. in March 2023 for drive shafts and hub units on the S31 EV model.
