In 2024, Tefron completed the acquisition of Tegra to enhance sustainable wet-processing technologies and signed amendments to its financing agreement with Citibank Canadian Branch, including a new loan maturing in 2029 based on SOFR plus a 2.15% margin. Earlier, Tefron acquired Adesgo SA's seamless apparel business in Romania, adding manufacturing capacity, 125 machines, employees and customer relationships in Europe; it also partnered with Hyosung and Santoni on sustainable activewear using bio-based yarns showcased at ISPO Munich.
