It targets urban youth, premium consumers and corporate clients with offerings in prescription glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, eye testing services, corporate gifting, smartwatches, fitness trackers and components for automotive EV, aerospace, defence and medical sectors. Recent developments include the July 2025 agreement to acquire a 67% stake in Dubai-based Damas LLC's jewellery business for $283.2 million through its subsidiary Titan Holdings International FZCO, expected to close by January 2026 pending approvals and enhancing its GCC market position with synergies in retail networks and supply chain; full acquisition of the remaining stake in CaratLane in 2024, increasing ownership to nearly 100%; establishment of UAE step-down subsidiary Signature Jewellery Holding Limited in October 2025 to support the Damas transaction; and expansions with 150 new stores in smaller Indian cities alongside 25% export growth and investments in e-commerce and digital channels.
