Standex continues to pursue growth through strategic acquisitions, including McStarlite Co. in February 2025 for $56.5 million to expand sheet metal forming capabilities in aerospace, space and defense within its Engineering Technologies Group; Amran Instrument Transformers and Narayan Powertech in 2024 to bolster grid solutions and power components; and Custom Biogenic Systems in November 2024 for $6.2 million to enhance scientific refrigeration offerings. The company is commissioning a new greenfield site in Croatia to support European demand in power grid and data centers, while advancing new programs in missile defense and space commercialization.
