Ultralife maintains manufacturing and operations in North America including the US and UK, Europe, Asia including China and India, with a direct sales and distribution network serving global markets. Recent developments include the completion of the acquisition of Electrochem Solutions, Inc. on October 31, 2024, adding highly-engineered thionyl chloride, sulfuryl chloride, and bromine chloride cells and packs to enhance cross-selling, revenue growth, and gross margins through vertical integration and supply chain synergies; entry into a new Credit and Security Agreement with KeyBank National Association, M&T Bank, and Community Bank to finance the transaction and support ongoing operations; and continued revenue growth to $142.7 million for the first nine months of fiscal 2025, driven by strong performance in battery and energy products comprising about 77% of Q3 2025 revenue.
